RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
It is our understanding that reservations will be handled on an individual basis.

• Please identify that you are part of the Cockrell/Tvedt Wedding Guestroom Block room in order to receive the group rates as indicated .
• Reservations should be made prior to 10/3/2008 12:00:00 AM by calling the Wyndham O’Hare at (847) 297-1234.

**Any reservations made on-line will not be credited toward the master block pick-up.

!!! It is essential that all guest room reservations be made by this date. After the above indicated cut-off date, all guest rooms blocked that have not been assigned to your group will automatically revert back to the Hotel for general sale. Additional rooms required by your attendees after the indicated cut-off date would be extended on a space availability basis only.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Arrangements for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Upon request, we will be happy to arrange baggage storage for your guests’ luggage.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
1. Overnight parking in $16 per vehicle (price includes tax).
